The information you provide on this page will allow our ticket sellers to give the
most accurate and complete information possible to your ticket purchasers. If you
are a promoter or this is a new venue, please take a moment to supply us with this
information so that we may better meet your ticketing needs.

EVENT INFORMATION (Required Items in Red)

"Here is the Information You'll Probably Need to Know"
- When You List Your Event on the TicketAnnex system, Your Tickets Will Be Sold via Our Online Site (www.ticketannex.com) and our Charge-by-Phone lines (866-388-4TIX). We do provide walk-in outlet locations in certain markets also.
- Event Listings for Single Events cost $150.00 per event for programming. For a limited time, we will offer you an Annual programming contract for $300.00. So whether you have 5 events a year or 50 events you only pay $300!!
- The only other charge you are responsible for as the Event Promoter/Producer is the credit card processing fee. This fee equals 5% of the gross proceeds collected on your behalf for your events. For instance, if your event ticket were $10, you would have to pay $0.50 per ticket sold to process the credit card. That means you get $9.50 back for each ticket sold at final settlement.
- When you submit this Event Form to us, we will contact you via telephone to ensure that you understand the terms of service and confirm the information you've submitted here. We will then send you via email an Agreement for signature & links for your online fee payments.
- Once your event is programmed to the TicketAnnex system, you'll get a unique URL for your event online that you can send to your mailing lists of customers.
- You will also receive a unique Password & User ID for your online reporting. You can find the TicketAnnex reporting portal HERE. This easily accessed reporting allows you to pull will call lists, full customer information listings (that can be exported into database files so you can keep building your customer mailing list), and pull up-to-the-minute sales reports wherever you have an Internet connection and a browser.
- TicketAnnex will mail out the physical tickets to your customers up to 10 days prior to the event date. You don't have to do anything!! No running around town, trying to collect cash & deliver tickets. Those customers will arrive at the doors with their tickets in hand, ready to enter the space & have fun!!
- Pre-printed tickets for comps or promotional use can be printed in limited quantities and shipped directly to you or wherever you require. There is a minimal cost per ticket of $0.25.
- Your event listing on TicketAnnex.com also means your event will be included in our Bi-monthly E-Newsletter!! This goes out to over 97,000 subscribers nationally & there is no additional cost to you!! Great reach at the right cost!!
